SAME DAY FREE Shipping Policy
All U.S. orders ship same day if ordered is received before 2 pm (*Pacific Time) from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Saturday Orders shipped same day if order received before 10 am (*Pacific Time.) Orders placed on Sunday will ship out the next business day.
All products are sent first class 2-3-day shipping through the United States Postal Service. Once your order is paid and processed you will be emailed the tracking information, so you can follow your purchase all the way to delivery.
Same Day Shipping Policy Details
Orders will be shipped within Same Day of placing your order, excluding Sunday and holidays. Shipments are sent by USPS first class 2-3-day mail in USA with tracking which will be sent to your email.
While placing orders on our eCommerce marketplace, it is your responsibility to provide accurate & detailed shipping information. You will be contacted if your order is not deliverable or returned. We will attempt to reship once your corrected delivery information has been updated and confirmed by email.
We provide USPS tracking numbers for all packages shipped. If your package did not arrive or is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email. If you are unable to determine the location of your package, please contact our customer service staff at 650-587-1966 and we will assist you in finding your product. If the package cannot be located and shows undelivered we reship once shipping details have been confirmed.
