What if I need to change my shipping address?

If it is after you ordered and need a quick change.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
  • Orders will be shipped within Same Day of placing your order( *orders must be placed by 2:00pm Pacific Time), excluding Sunday and holidays.
  • Shipments will be sent by USPS first class 2-3 day mail in the USA with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number and confirmation of the order.
  • You should receive the package within 3-5 days.

What if I need to modify the information on the order?

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products. Our clients satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact us at or 650-587-1966. We will refund you 100% in full. We require you to give us the reason why you are not satisfied, so we might improve our products and services. Refund Policy does not apply to bulk orders.


What is the return item procedure?

To make a return, please email or call us at 650-587-1966 and request a prepaid shipping return label. Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used during the purchase. Can I cancel my order?

If you notify us on the date of the order (*before 3:00 pm Pacific Time), you may cancel the order.  Otherwise, the order will be shipped out to you. In this case, please contact us and follow the return item procedure.
